Dec 2024– Construction Progress Update
Construction on Phase 1 is well underway!
Framing has been completed for the first group of homes
Interior work—including insulation, drywall, and finishes—is in progress

Encanto Homes now offers several models with pre-approved ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) floor plans. These casita-style spaces offer privacy, independence, and long-term value.

“Model Homes Now Open for Tours”
We’re excited to announce that all four of our model homes are officially open!
You can now schedule a private or virtual tour to explore the layouts, finishes, and optional features—including pre-approved ADU floor plans.
